What is the program's format?
LEAP Flagship is a comprehensive and immersive leadership development experience spanning eight weeks with a dedicated three days in person with the Aspen Institute followed by a four-week virtual sprint (four hours per week).
What is the cost?
$20,000 per person, which includes the eight-week program and access to the LEAP community platform for connecting with peers, ongoing access to exclusive resources, and more.
What is the timing for the next program?
The Fall 2026 LEAP Flagship program schedule is as follows:
Sep 22-25th: In-person immersion with The Aspen Institute (evening reception on the 21st). Location TBA.
Oct 8 - Oct 29: Four-week virtual sprint meeting once weekly on Thursdays from 9am - 1pm PT.
