To kick off the experience, we'll spend three days with The Aspen Institute in a location selected to support the kind of reflection and deep exploration that this component of the program necessitates. Our last class met at Carmel Valley Ranch, a coastal mountain retreat two hours south of San Francisco. The

Supportive Network of Peers to Accelerate Growth

Who is the program designed for?

Senior marketing leaders with 15+ years of experience (10+ years leading teams). Small groups within the program are curated based on role, experience level and leadership goals. 

What is the program's format?

LEAP Flagship is a comprehensive and immersive leadership development experience spanning eight weeks with a dedicated three days in person with the Aspen Institute followed by a four-week virtual sprint (four hours per week). 

What is the cost?

$20,000 per person which includes the eight-week program and access to the LEAP community platform for connecting with peers, ongoing access to exclusive resources, and more. 

What is the timing for the next program?

The Fall 2026 LEAP Flagship program schedule is as follows:

Sep 16th-18th: In-person immersion with The Aspen Institute (evening reception on the 15th). Location TBA.

Oct 1st - Oct 22nd: Four-week virtual sprint meeting once weekly on Thursdays 10/1, 10/8, 10/15, and 10/22.

Registration deadline: July 31st

Who are the participating executives?

The current cross-industry class is made up of 40+ marketing executives from the world's leading brands. Past and current participating executives come from Google, HP, PepsiCo, Verizon, StateFarm, Target, DoorDash, Chime, e.l.f. Beauty and more. Participants for the Fall 2026 class will be of a similar profile.
