Welcome to Virtuosi League.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, platforms, programs, services, events, content, and communities operated by Virtuosi LEAP LLC, doing business as Virtuosi League (“Virtuosi League,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including:

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

The Services are intended for business professionals and individuals who are at least 18 years old.

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

  • you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement; and
  • your use of the Services complies with applicable law.

2. Services Overview

Virtuosi League provides leadership development programs, workshops, executive education, professional communities, events, forums, mentorship opportunities, and related content and services.

Certain Services may be governed by separate agreements, order forms, event terms, sponsorship agreements, or payment terms. In the event of a conflict, those separate agreements will control for the applicable Services.

3. Accounts and Community Platform

Certain portions of the Services, including community.virtuosileague.com, may require users to create accounts through third-party platform providers such as Mighty Networks.

You are responsible for:

  • maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials;
  • all activity conducted through your account; and
  • providing accurate and current information.

You agree not to:

  • impersonate another person or organization;
  • share your account credentials;
  • access accounts or data without authorization; or
  • interfere with the operation or security of the Services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the Services in a lawful, respectful, and professional manner.

You may not:

  • violate applicable laws or regulations;
  • harass, threaten, or abuse others;
  • post defamatory, obscene, or unlawful material;
  • upload malicious software or harmful code;
  • interfere with the functionality or security of the Services;
  • scrape, crawl, harvest, or extract data from the Services using automated means;
  • reverse engineer or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or infrastructure; or
  • use the Services for spam or unauthorized commercial activity.

Virtuosi League reserves the right to remove content or restrict access to users who violate these Terms.

5. Community Standards and Confidentiality

Virtuosi League programs and communities are intended to foster candid, professional, and trusted discussions among participants.

By participating in any class, workshop, forum, event, or community experience, you agree:

  • to respect the privacy and confidentiality of participants;
  • not to disclose confidential or sensitive information shared by others without permission; and
  • not to record or distribute discussions, presentations, or participant interactions without prior written consent from Virtuosi League.

This includes audio recordings, video recordings, screenshots, transcripts, AI-generated summaries, or similar reproductions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, branding, frameworks, methodologies, text, graphics, videos, presentations, course materials, event materials, software, and other content provided through the Services are owned by Virtuosi League or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted in writing, you may not:

  • copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, or display content;
  • modify or create derivative works;
  • resell or commercially exploit materials;
  • share proprietary course or program materials outside authorized participants;
  • remove copyright or proprietary notices; or
  • use Virtuosi League content for competitive purposes.

Participation in a program or event does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.

7. Restrictions on AI Training and Automated Use

You may not use any portion of the Services or related materials:

  • to train, fine-tune, or improve artificial intelligence or machine learning models;
  • to generate datasets for AI systems;
  • to create derivative synthetic content;
  • for automated scraping or extraction; or
  • for similar automated or computational analysis purposes,

without prior written consent from Virtuosi League.

8. User Content

Users may submit comments, posts, files, or other content through community or interactive portions of the Services (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by submitting User Content, you grant Virtuosi League a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute the content solely for purposes of operating and improving the Services.

You represent and warrant that:

  • you own or have the necessary rights to submit the User Content; and
  • your User Content does not violate applicable law or third-party rights.

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to remove User Content at our discretion.

9. Purchases and Program Registration

Certain Services may require payment, including registration for programs such as LEAP Essentials.

By purchasing a program or event registration, you agree that:

  • Virtuosi League will provide the applicable Services substantially as described;
  • payment obligations are binding once submitted; and
  • unless otherwise stated in writing, purchases are non-refundable except where Virtuosi League is unable to provide the Services as planned.

Virtuosi League reserves the right to modify schedules, instructors, speakers, session formats, or program logistics as reasonably necessary.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Virtuosi League does not store full payment card information.

10. Event Participation

Participation in events, workshops, dinners, roundtables, forums, and similar activities is subject to professional conduct expectations.

Virtuosi League reserves the right to refuse admission to or remove participants whose behavior is disruptive, inappropriate, unsafe, unlawful, or inconsistent with the intended experience.

You acknowledge that:

  • event schedules and speakers may change;
  • portions of events may be photographed or recorded for promotional or operational purposes; and
  • participation in in-person events involves inherent personal and travel-related risks.

To the extent permitted by law, you assume responsibility for risks associated with attendance and participation.

11. Electronic Communications

By providing your contact information or using the Services, you consent to receive electronic communications from Virtuosi League, including:

  • operational communications;
  • program-related notices;
  • marketing emails; and
  • community or event updates.

You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link included in communications.

12. Third-Party Platforms and Services

Certain portions of the Services rely on third-party providers, including HubSpot and Mighty Networks.

Your use of those platforms may also be subject to the third party’s own terms, conditions, and privacy policies.

Virtuosi League is not responsible for third-party platforms, services, or websites.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIRTUOSI LEAGUE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF:

  • MERCHANTABILITY;
  • FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE;
  • NON-INFRINGEMENT; AND
  • ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF CONTENT.

Virtuosi League does not guarantee:

  • business outcomes,
  • career advancement,
  • financial results,
  • leadership outcomes, or
  • uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Services.

Content and programming are provided for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, psychological, medical, or professional advice.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIRTUOSI LEAGUE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • INDIRECT,
  • INCIDENTAL,
  • SPECIAL,
  • CONSEQUENTIAL,
  • EXEMPLARY, OR
  • PUNITIVE DAMAGES,

INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL VIRTUOSI LEAGUE’S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

  • THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO VIRTUOSI LEAGUE FOR THE APPLICABLE SERVICE DURING THE PRIOR TWELVE MONTHS; OR
  • $100 USD.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Virtuosi League and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

  • your use of the Services;
  • your violation of these Terms;
  • your User Content; or
  • your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

16. Arbitration Agreement and Class Action Waiver

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY.

You and Virtuosi League agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through final and binding individual arbitration.

This arbitration agreement includes, without limitation:

  • contract claims,
  • tort claims,
  • statutory claims,
  • privacy claims,
  • consumer protection claims, and
  • disputes relating to interpretation or enforceability.

Arbitration shall:

  • be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act;
  • take place in California, unless otherwise required by law;
  • be conducted in English; and
  • be administered by a mutually agreed arbitration provider.

You and Virtuosi League each waive the right to:

  • bring claims in court before a judge or jury; and
  • participate in class actions, collective actions, or representative proceedings.

Claims must be brought on an individual basis only.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking temporary injunctive relief for intellectual property misuse or unauthorized access to systems or confidential information.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

18. Changes to the Terms

Virtuosi League may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

19. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to Virtuosi League or other users.
