What is the cost?

$3800 which includes the 6 class sessions, individual mentorship sessions, and ongoing access to the alumni community platform.

Who is the program designed for?

Brand Marketing leaders with 10-15 years of experience who are currently leading teams. Small discussion groups during the program are curated based on role, experience level, and leadership goals.

What is the program's format?

LEAP Essentials is built around 6 highly interactive, virtual sessions, each based on one of the LEAP 6 Pillars of Leadership.

Each session is 2 hours, held one day a week for 6 weeks.

The sessions blend intellectual with emotional stimuli, lessons from C-Suite leaders, as well as whole and small-group discussions and workshops to create the conditions for meaningful reflection, fresh thinking and growth. 

What is the schedule?

The next LEAP Essentials program will take place July 15th - August 19th, 2026.

Who are the participating executives?

Each class is made up of a senior group of brand-side marketing executives from some of the world's most recognized and fastest-growing brands. Prior to each class start-date, participants will be onboarded onto the LEAP Community Platform where you will get to meet and interact with your fellow peers ahead of, during, and after the program kick-off.
