In the days leading up to the Big Game, an exceptional group of the world’s leading CMOs and senior executives will gather at a private residence in Bel Air. For two days, you’ll step away from the pace of the business and spend meaningful time with peers whose experience can change how you see what comes next. Expect honest conversation and fresh thinking.

The Forum has been building toward this moment.

At Carmel Valley Ranch in February 2026, our community surfaced four defining themes reshaping leadership and business. Four months later in Cannes, we tested those ideas and emerging models against lived experience. In February 2027, Los Angeles will mark the next chapter as we put that collective intelligence to work.

That progression is at the heart of Leadership in Motion.

The experience will move through four connected dimensions of Enterprise Momentum: Read the Moment, Lead Yourself First, Mobilize the Organization and Lead the Enterprise. Together, they create a path from understanding the forces at play to moving a real business challenge forward.

The work begins with the leader and expands outward, first to the organization and then across the enterprise. Throughout the experience, you’ll gain practical perspective on how to create momentum where it matters most.

Before we meet, a short Pre-Forum Pulse will reveal what is top of mind across the group. Your responses will help shape the day around the realities leaders are navigating now, including where momentum is building and where it continues to stall.

Much of The Forum’s value comes from the people who take part. You’ll spend time with leaders who bring hard-earned experience and a willingness to share it honestly. The relationships formed here endure, and the collective wisdom is difficult to find anywhere else.

All of this will unfold at a private hilltop residence in Bel Air, where panoramic views and lush gardens meet picture-perfect Southern California weather. The indoor-outdoor setting gives us an unforgettable backdrop for the experience.
