The Long Game

Championship teams are built through trust, shared accountability, and the ability to adapt together over time. The same disciplines define exceptional leadership.

For one afternoon, a select group of CMOs and two to three members of their leadership team will go beyond the public spaces of Levi's Stadium for rare access to the people, places, and leadership philosophy behind one of the NFL's most respected organizations. Together, we'll explore what high-performing sports organizations can teach us about leading through disruption, developing future leaders, and building teams that perform when the stakes are highest.

The afternoon begins with a candid conversation featuring leaders from Virtuosi League and the San Francisco 49ers, exploring how enduring organizations develop talent, strengthen culture, and prepare leaders for the moments that matter most. From there, the conversation grounds in the LEAP Six Pillars of Leadership, applied here as a lens for how marketing drives growth in an environment being reshaped by AI.

Designed as a working session, The Long Game combines facilitated discussion, small-group conversation, and peer exchange. CMOs and their teams will learn alongside one another, challenge one another, and leave with fresh perspectives, stronger alignment, and practical ideas they can put into practice together.

The day concludes with cocktails and Dinner with Friends, where the agenda ends, pencils are down, and there is only one rule: no business, just friends.
